Palview is Fantastic!

Hi everyone:

Palview is simply amazing - my continued congratulations (and gratitude)
to Andrew and company for this superior tool!

Palview is used extensively on CORRESPONDENCECHESS.COM, for example:

A couple of quick comments:

The palview html file still saves to upper case - any way to correct this
in the next version? The default should probably be save to lower case.

Is there any way to add flags to the country flag set? For example,
Scotland is not included, and I'm sure there are some other small
countries which are also not included in the flag set. Including
them manually to the html file is cumbersome.

These are just minor things I have noticed - the program is fantastic!
