I have tried on a number of occassions to get the program to save the HTML file in lower case, but nothing I've tried so far seems to make any difference. I can't imagine why this is so, but I'm still working on it.

As far as the 'new' flags go, I can add any flag that you want, but it means updating the program itself. This is not a big problem and I can probably add a new flag within a few minutes. Actually, I'm surprised that I didn't get any requests for new flags at all until now -- I had expected to get some.

If you would like to donate a Scotish flag GIF image, I'll add it to the collection and update the program to accept it.
