On this page you can see the use of null moves. For instance in the first game in the final comment: "The threat 21...Bxa2 is". The move 21...Bxa2 can be played even if white has made no move. In the pgn file that is written:

You can also see how annotation symbols are tooltipped - let your cursor hover over a symbol and a small text window will appear saying for instance: "black has a moderate advantage".
